Mobile Performance Optimization

My project was focused on optimizing Unity’s 3D Game Kit demo to be able to play it smoothly on mobile. At the start, this project ran at about 5-7 FPS and crashed after a couple of seconds of running the app on my mobile device. My goal was to optimize the project so that it can be played at 30 FPS.
I’ve made a short video in which I demonstrate the end result.
